My life is about learning. I am my best guinea pig. This blog is about my current research on the differences between setting goals and setting a thematic question on outsomes and quality of life. I develop and run personal and small group retreats that include the most successful personal change tools including Myofascial Release body work, body/mind/spirit integration techniques, and inner listening techniques. Not for those seeking a"feel good" experience. Participants must be committed to personal exploration.
